Working with Gina was the best decision we could have made. After speaking with multiple realtors about homes we were interested in and none seeming to care (or were just too busy) we were losing faith in our dream of buying a home. That was until Gina found us one fateful day. I explained our situation to her & that we didn’t have the first idea on where to even start. She was so kind and patient the very first time we spoke and my intuition told me she was the one we should work with. She was so helpful from the get go & even reached out to a lender on our behalf, saving us the hassle of trying to find one ourselves. Gina was on the ball every step of the way ensuring we dotted every I and crossed every T. If we had questions she helped us without hesitation. When I found our home it had only been listed online for 8 hours. I immediately reached out to Gina (in the middle of the night) telling her we absolutely had to see this house. She did some correspondence and got us set up to view it the next day. Now we are home owners. We are forever grateful for all the help Gina provided. Had she just blown us off like many others did, we would still just be dreaming. Thanks to her and her team, we made this a reality. 10/10 recommend. I never intend to move again (because that’s just a nightmare) but if I ever do, you better believe I’ll be looking for Gina to help us.
