Loved Gina – Always very helpful and responsive. Would FaceTime live to see the houses so I didn’t have to drive. Handled the deadlines of the loan company and provided assistance with local suppliers, etc to help us when we moved in to start renovations.

Gina was absolutely fantastic! As young first time home buyers, the whole experience was very intimidating but Gina was able to guide us through the experience without making us feel overwhelmed. She walked us through each part of the process and explained person’s role. She is very knowledgeable about the area and other professionals in the field. She was able to recommend inspectors, mortgage lenders and appraisers. She walked through every document with us to make sure we stayed knowledgeable and she had great communication! The most impressive part is that she knew the interest rate we were offered near closing and fought to ensure we didn’t loose it. Gina was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who asked! We love our new home and it is all thanks to her!

Gina was amazing. She was our buyer’s agent and immediately negotiated with the seller. She convinced the seller to have a new roof put on the house and make many other repairs and improvements. She lives where she works, and knows the area well. Gina always returned calls and texts quickly and didn’t mind running by the house to ensure all was well. We were able to close on the date we selected because Gina worked diligently to make the necessary arrangements. Also, she’s a pleasure to work with and always acted in our best interest.

Gina did an amazing job for our son, who just closed on his first home. She met us at several prospective houses and pointed out things we would have missed that were both good and bad points about them. He had contracts on three homes before we closed on this one. They either did not appraise near the selling price, found hidden issues during the inspection process, or the home owner had several property liens he could not satisfy and defaulted on the closing. She kept us updated on everything. I have bought and sold homes and property several times and Gina has been the very best agent I have ever dealt with. She is AMAZING!!!

We started the process with Gina in October of 2021 we were moving to a neighborhood we didn’t know a whole lot about so her knowledge of the area was so helpful. She found us the right place at the right price we couldn’t have been happier with her.

We met Gina after requesting a house tour on Zillow and Zillow set us up with her for the tour. The house wasn’t what we were looking for, but Gina was! She was easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted, and immediately knew where to guide us. One week later, we signed a contract on a new build! From the initial contact via Zillow, Gina has been great at communicating with us. Throughout the building process, she was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. And even after we closed on the house, she checked in to make sure all was well. I’d happily recommend Gina to anyone. She is very knowledgeable about property in general. She made me aware of things I didn’t even think about, easements, flood planes, etc. And she didn’t send me every listing that was available, she sent me only the listings that had what I was specifically interested in. She found me a property that checked off all the boxes. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and my new property. Use her. You won’t be sorry.

Zillow referred Gina to us and it was the best thing the internet ever did. She showed us properties that were relevant and within our parameters. When a home that dropped its price hit her radar, Gina showed it to us, and it was the home we were looking for. She fought for us every step of the way. She kept the inspectors and appraisers on task and communicative. She relayed information to the lender and sellers with haste and professionalism. She is personable and knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoys what she does and that shows in how well she takes care of her clients. She even had a personalized gift made for us to celebrate the purchase of our home. The 5 star ratings on every category is legit.
